Attendance Requirements
By registering to attend an IN-PERSON meeting of The Pacific Northwest Audio Society, I promise to
...show my COVID-19 Vaccination Card or a recent, negative test at the door.
I will show proof that I am full vaccinated (see When You’ve Been Fully Vaccinated | CDC for the full definition and timing requirements) or evidence of a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours of the event at the door prior to admittance.
...only attend if I'm in good health.
I will stay home if I'm feeling unwell, running a temperature, or showing other common cold/flu symptoms (pernicious coughing, sneezing, etc.). If I get headstrong and fail to keep this promise, I acknowledge that I may not be granted access and/or will probably be asked to leave sometime later.
...wear a mask and practice social distancing.
When indoors, I will always wear a mask that covers my nose and mouth. I promise to be respectful of others' personal space and to practice social distancing, and to only remove or adjust my mask long when sipping my water bottle or my quad-shot venti caramel macchiato.
